Amazing food as usual

Why are you contacting me regarding a meal that you were unable to deliver despite being paid for it . Have been notified that payment would be reimbursed within ten working days. Why ten working days. Not good enough.

Chips on Donner stir Fry very undercooked . Not enough curry sauce on the Donner Stir Fry which left it very dry.

We have been going here for quite a while now. Food is really good can't fault it. But we travel from Glasgow and on 3 occasions now we have got home to half the order missing. And on this latest occasion we were half home and asked to come back to pick up missing items or cancel order and bring food back before we would be refunded any money. And the only response is I'll refund your money for missing items. That's fine first time but when it happens a further twice tells me there is no repercussions to the staff or any changes to make sure this doesn't happen again. To happen 3 times to the same customer is shocking and then to feel like our complaints are falling on deaf ears and told it's fine I'll refund money. Taking no responsibility for their actions. So after paying out £40 to get half an order we had to pay out even more to replace missing items in Glasgow. Food is really good but double check your order

Always used The Shah for over 15 years and it's never failed me. 1st time picking a time slot amd the driver was here at said time and very friendly . Food HOT.

Terrible waited for over 1 hour then called them and they told me they weren’t delivering the food. Terrible customer service.

Best I’ve had yet

I had the Sultan box and it was cooked perfectly for me as it was slightly burnt on the edges but that’s my preference. I have the chicken shawarma another go but I prefer the other meats so I will stick with them in future.

Got a chicken dopiaza and it was the worse curry I have ever had the chicken was like rubber couldn’t even cut it with a knife and fork ,phoned to complain and was told they had changed there supplier but would let the boss/chef know, the guy then said there would no point in sending another one as it would be the same so I just wasted £18 on a dinner that went in the bin.
