As a regular customer we were very disappointed with tonight’s meal. The lamb was tough and the chicken tikka lacking in flavour and cold. We waited over 1hr for delivery without an update. Not the usual high standard to night….. very disappointing.

food ok, poor service again

Food was decent, but absolutely not worth the hassle. The staff were rude, dismissive and had zero accountability. When a £4 item was missing from my order (I’m a regular here and know exactly what I ordered), instead of apologising or checking, they flat-out accused me of lying and trying to scam them over four quid. Seriously? Treating a loyal customer like that over £4 is pathetic.

Really tasty food and delivered on time

Delivery time was said to be 40 minutes. After waiting half an hour beyond that time I phoned and told it would be at least another 30 minutes. Have ordered at 17.15 to not receive food till at least 19.10 is shocking.
